Allied Home Inspection, LLC offers as many as eleven optional
inspections and tests in addition to our "Basic Pre-Purchase
Inspection". We offer this "full-line" service so that the home
buyer can obtain all necessary inspections and tests from one source
without having to seek out and hire various individuals. This
results in time and cost savings to you.
Of course, the most important reason for adding optional
inspections and tests is to help protect your family's health and
well-being. Detecting the presence of bacteria or other contaminants
in well water, elevated levels of radon gas, or the existence of
lead paint or asbestos is important. In addition, discovering
termites or other wood boring insects, problems with the septic
system or formaldehyde gas in the home allows you to resolve these
problems usually before purchase. Without inspecting or testing
prior to purchase, you would probably never know of their presence
until it was too late.
